TOP 5 Dice Strategies

Among many crypto games that emerged with the birth of crypto casinos, Dice is arguably the most popular crypto game out there. It is indeed one of the most played games on Peergame, currently surpassing Round 817480 of plays in less than a year.

Dice game is very simple and straightforward, yet gives the player a lot of control over how one wants to play. Players can change their chance of winning by a mere 0.01%, allowing endless strategies to be made and applied. Let’s take a look at some of the most popular strategies used by veteran players.

How to Play Dice

Before we get into strategies, let’s first go over the basics: what is Dice and how do you play?

Dice is basically a game in which you choose a number between 0~9999 and decide whether the next Dice roll will be higher or lower than your predicted number. That’s it.

The key point of Dice is that the multiplier and win chance go hand in hand. By choosing a big number and predicting that the roll will be higher, you are lowering your winning chance, but at the same time your multiplier increases, granting you a huge reward if correct. The higher the payout multiplier, the lower chance of being correct and winning. It is a straightforward high-risk, high-return game, which incidentally is one of the reasons why it is so popular.

TOP 5 Strategies – All based on 2x multiplier plays

  1. The Martingale Strategy

One of the most popular strategies applied to Dice is the Martingale Strategy, which we introduced in our past blog post. To use the Martingale strategy, simply double the bet amount after every loss. By doing this, even if you go on a losing streak, your win at the end will win you the original bet amount and cover the losses incurred from the losing streak.

  1. The Break-Even Martingale Strategy

The break-even Martingale strategy is similar to the regular Martingale strategy, but the initial rate at which the bet amount increases is slower. Instead of doubling the bet amount after every loss, you do not double on the very first loss and simply place the same bet amount. If the second bet is also a loss, then you must double the bet amount on every loss after. This strategy allows you to hold out longer against a big losing streak and does not result in any profit/loss in the end.

  1. The Reverse Martingale Strategy

Think of the reverse Martingale strategy as the exact opposite of the standard Martingale. To use the reverse Martingale, simply double the bet amount on a winning streak. When you hit a loss, restart from your original bet. It is recommended that once you have a pretty good winning streak using this strategy, go back to the original bet and restart before hitting the loss, in order to prevent losing the profit you gained from a successful reverse Martingale.

  1. The Paroli Strategy

The Paroli strategy is very similar to the reverse Martingale strategy, except for one thing: after a 3 winning streak, you automatically go back and restart from your original bet. This strategy adopts the positive progression of reverse Martingale and adds a safety net to prevent losing your profit.

  1. The D’Alembert Strategy

The D’Alembert strategy is a bit different. Instead of doubling the bet amount after each loss, simply increase the bet amount by the original bet amount on every loss. And in the event of a win, decrease the bet amount by the original bet amount. This is considered a much safer strategy to implement, as the bet amount does not increase exponentially.

These strategies here are not only for Dice but also can be applied to most of the other games on Peergame. One thing to remember is that none of these strategies are perfect, as luck is always the most important factor in any gambling. However, they have been used for hundreds of years and are designed to either maximize your profit or minimize your loss, even when you are not having such a lucky day. So try them out, utilize them, and find a strategy that fits your play style.

Good luck to all gamers, and always remember to play responsibly.
