Peergame 2020 Year in Review
To put it lightly, 2020 has been one heck of a brutal year for the world. An unprecedented pandemic outbreak changed our lives entirely, what was normal no longer was, and what we only thought of became reality.
Peergame is now only about a year and 4 months old. As a young player still learning and growing, we had set many ambitious goals ahead as we started out. Along the way, both our personal and professional lives were greatly affected by COVID-19, and changes in plans had to be made. Going through the turbulence throughout the year was indeed difficult and hard for everyone, but we strived even harder to create the most fun, most fair, and most unique casino gaming experience for all of our gamers and friends. The reasons for building Peergame gradually became bigger than us, but we gladly took on the challenge to help bring at least a little more excitement and fun during times like this.
Looking back at the year, we believe we can confidently claim that Peergame grew alright this year: we added new games, a new wallet, new features, and ran a variety of events. We successfully achieved our goal of removing the unnecessary hassles imposed on gamers in the traditional igaming industry by using Bitcoin(no deposit, no withdrawal, no sign-up). A bunch of new gamers joined the fun, as well as partners joined to journey on together. We learned the ins-and-outs of on-chain gaming(including the difficulty of it) and fixed countless issues and errors, which we couldn’t have done without help from our gamers.
All the craziness in the world aside, 2020 was indeed a very meaningful year for us. We want to sincerely thank everyone who has been with us to enjoy Peergame and watch us grow step-by-step. We promise that we will continue to do our best to build and provide the best gaming experience possible. We wish every gamer the best of luck and happiness in 2021, and always stay safe! …And play responsibly.
